Order Status...

If you have placed an order with us, first of all, please let us say... thank you! We do not have a sophisticated system in place for you to be able to track your order online. However, you can get information about your order status at any time by calling us at 800-880-2656. You may call us during the following hours: Sunday through Thursday 5AM to 4PM Eastern, or Friday 5AM to 10AM Eastern. If you live outside of the US or Canada, you may reach us on Skype at m-7000, or by calling +1-719-359-9429 during the above hours (please consult a time zone converter to figure out the times if you are not sure).

We process the orders manually on the back end, so don't be discouraged if you don't immediately receive an order confirmation. Also, we send out, via email, a tracking number for all packages sent to US destinations when the package is being prepared for shipping, so please be sure to supply us with a valid email address. Due to postage limitations, we are unable to provide tracking information for international shipments. We normally get your order out within a week of receiving it. If you MUST have it sent out right away, please be sure to call us to inform us of the urgent status of your order.
