A. PRIVACY POLICY

Under no circumstances will your name, e-mail, phone number or address be sold to, or given to any other parties. We will never willfully sell, lease, or rent any of your or your personal or business' personally identifiable information to any third party.


B. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

: Product returns accepted within 30 days of purchase, IF the product remains in new condition, as you received it. IF the product has been obviously used or damaged and returned to us, we reserve the right to offer you a reduced refund.


C. SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT

: All orders are shipped within 48 hours of your purchase. We ship UPS ground, FedEx ground, DHL, and USPS (United States Postal Service). For ground delivery, expect about three (3) to seven (7) days in transit not including the day that you place your order. For international air shipments, expect delivery from three (3) to ten (10) days depending on the service that you choose on our shopping cart check out screen. IF we anticipate a problem in fulfilling your purchase within 48 hours, we will not charge your credit card and we will let you know by phone or email of any delays that we are experiencing.


D. CREDIT CARD CHARGES

: All orders for any of our retail products through www.m7000.com and/or services through www.cominghome.co.il will appear on your Credit Card Statement as "COMINGHOME, INC." Please make note of this.
